in Loving Memory of Isaiah C. Chavez
Isaiah C. Chavez, age 23, of Taylorsville, Utah, born on 6/14/03 and passed away on 6/20/26. Though his time with us was brief, the love, laughter, and kindness he shared will remain in the hearts of all who knew him.
Isaiah was a beloved son, brother, grandson, uncle, nephew, cousin, and friend. He was known for his caring nature, loving spirit, and willingness to help others. His warm personality, sense of humor, and ability to bring people together made him the life of every gathering. He touched many lives through his kindness and genuine love for family and friends.
Isaiah is survived by his father, Carlos Chavez; his siblings, Alexis Chavez (Chris Archuleta), Cj Chavez ,Gabriel Chavez, and Melia Amtoft( Antonio Meza); his grandmother, Annette Pacheco Martinez; his aunt, Naticia Martinez (Junior Ortiz); his uncle, William Moore; his beloved nieces, Zianna Chavez and Zalayah Archuleta; and his cousins, A'miyah Silva and Lorenzo Ortiz, along with many other relatives and friends who will cherish his memory.
Isaiah was preceded in death by his mother, Nicole Juanita Pacheco; his grandfathers, Paul Martinez and Chris Chavez; his grandmother, Elaine Chavez; his nephew, Luciano Chavez; his great-grandparents, Esequiel and Juanita Pacheco; and his cousins, Ramon Madrid and Crystalann Gonzalez.
One of Isaiah's greatest joys in life was spending time with his nieces, whom he loved unconditionally. He treasured every moment he spent babysitting them and creating memories together. He also enjoyed playing on his PS5, and cheering for his favorite NFL team, the Pittsburgh Steelers. His favorite foods were Panda Express and ribs, and he never passed up an opportunity to gather with the people he loved.
Although Isaiah was taken from this world much too early, his memory will live on forever through the countless lives he touched. His laughter, kindness, and love will never be forgotten. He leaves behind a legacy of compassion, loyalty, and joy that will continue to inspire those who knew and loved him.
Forever loved, forever missed, and forever remembered. ❤️
