On June 16, 2026, Leland F. Freeborn left this earthly realm to rejoin his Father in Heaven.
Leland was the oldest of three sons born to Leland and Paula Freeborn of Bakersfield, CA. He married Nancie Lee Godley on November 29, 1962 and together they had 11 children. They later divorced in 1986.
He is survived by 11 children; Scott (Suzy), Shawna (Doyle), Ty (Tess), Lanae (Gary), Daken, Anne, Wess, Camisha (Shawn), Jacob (Karly), Janessa, all their posterity and his younger brother Robert Freeborn.
He was proceeded in death by his parents; his youngest son Jordan Godley Freeborn and his youngest brother Richard Freeborn.
He will be buried Friday, June 19, 2026 at the Parowan Cemetery.
